Read-a-Thon
Pinebrook's Read-a-Thon starts next week, Monday, February 26th! Please sign your child up on-line using the secret code given on the sheet that came home yesterday. They will receive a prize just for signing up! You will then be able to keep track of how much they read at home and I will keep track of how much they read in school. This is a great reading incentive with great rewards at the end!
Dr. Seuss Week
In celebration of Dr. Seuss's birthday, the week of February 26-March 2 will be spirit week!
Monday- Crazy Hair Day
Tuesday- Silly, Wacky, Mismatched Sock Day
Wednesday- Crazy Hat Day
Thursday- Pajama Day
Friday- College Shirt Day

A Peek At Our Week
Reading: Students will enjoy listening to different Dr. Seuss stories!
Writing: Students will continue writing Autobiographies.
Math: We will continue our unit on Fractions.
Social Studies: We will continue studying Ancient China.
