Field Trip

Good News!!!  We will be going to Skyline Caverns in Front Royal for our field trip this year.  More information to come as we get dates and the cost finalized.

 Gingerbread Houses
The students had a great time making gingerbread houses.  There were so many fantastic gingerbread houses! Thank you to all the parents who came in and for all the help!

If your child is missing an article of clothing please let the teacher know to send them to the lost and found to check. All items left over winter break will be donated.

Pinebrook Gym
Please RSVP by December 12th. ** No walk-ins will be admitted!! Only Pinebrook students are allowed to attend. Pizza and water will be provided. Students are welcome to bring their own snack, pillow, and blanket.

Reading: Students will identify the most important part of a story.

Writing: We will write stories to a prompt that include a beginning, middle, and end with complete sentences.

Science: We will continue learning about magnets.

Math: We will estimate sums and differences and combine addition and subtraction with regrouping.

Important Events and A Peek at Our Week

Pinebrook PTA's Holiday Fair
Monday, December 10th 5:30 pm-8:00 pm
Pancake Breakfast for dinner. $5.00 per person (5:30 pm- 7:30 pm)
While the kids are shopping the parents can browse and shop from several local vendors!

Please make sure to send in one can of vanilla icing and a bag of shareable candy to make gingerbread houses next Friday. We will start after lunch around 11:30 and hopefully be finished by 12:30! All parents are welcome to come help out!
