Scholastic Book Fair and Fine Arts Night - Tuesday, March 7th
Scholastic Book Fair 3:00pm - 6:30pm
Join us in sharing a love of reading with your child at our Scholastic Book Fair that is being held March 6 – 10, 2017. The hours of operation are: March 6 - 9, from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and Friday, March 10 from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. The book fair will close at NOON on Friday! Be sure to mark your calendar for our Book Fair Family Event on Tuesday, March 7 from 3:00p.m. – 6:30p.m. This is a wonderful opportunity for your family to shop together. This Family Night is being held right before Fine Arts Night so you can attend both events on the same evening!
Fine Arts Night 6:00pm- 8:00pm
We will have lots of great arts related activities to participate in and most importantly see the wonderful world of Wayne Thiebaud inspired sweet treats that we created for our art fundraiser! Every student, including half-day kindergarten, that was here in December and January will have their artwork framed and hung for all to enjoy. If you wish to purchase your students framed artwork that night, it’s your lucky day! Any proceeds from the fundraiser will help our art department bloom and grow. Thank you for supporting the arts!!! More detailed information on Paechjar and the attached email.
Digital Den Open House: March 7, 3pm-5pm. If you're coming to browse at the Scholastic Book Fair, stop in the computer lab, now named the Digital Den, to see and explore if you'd like, some of our newest robotics devices. If your child has come home talking about using ozobots or spheros, and you don't know what they are, this is a great opportunity to see them. I hope you stop by!
